Can I request a plant that's not in the catalog?+
Absolutely! We take special orders. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to source it.
Do you offer gift wrapping or cards?+
Yes — just mention it when you order and we'll add a gift note. Perfect for housewarming gifts.
What if my plant arrives damaged?+
That's very rare, but if it happens send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we'll replace or refund it — no questions asked.
